We have an online booking system where you can choose your appointment day and time.  Please enter your contact phone number where we will send you a text message confirmation and reminders of your appointment.

Online booking is available for these appointments:

• Wellness exams (Annual check-ups)
• Vaccinations & Deworming
• Minor medical concerns that don’t need immediate attention (e.g. allergies, inappetence, weight loss, hair loss, ear problems, growths on skin, lameness, behavioural problems)
• Nail trims or anal gland expressions
• Boarding

Please call (876) 969-1356 (Kingston) or (876) 622-7247 (Portmore) to schedule appointments that are not available online:

• Surgery, dentistry, and any procedure that requires sedation or anaesthesia
• Sick pets that need same day care
• Saturday/Sunday appointments (not always available)
• Emergencies
