We like to joke that Kenroy is a robot, as he is about as conscientious as a human can be and never seems to run out of steam. He grew up in deep rural Jamaica where he developed close bonds with the environment and especially the animals which surrounded him. He absolutely loves goats. Unfortunately, he sees only about one goat per year at the Hospital, but that’s OK…; Kenroy accepts what life offers.
Kenroy acquired a passion for instructing others while being educated in veterinary technology at CASE. He does this naturally with his co-workers and, not surprisingly, has risen to become supervisor of the patient care team that supports our veterinarians. He is driven by his faith. It is the power pack for his advancement. He spends Saturdays at Church and returns to Animalcare on Sundays, with his batteries charged, ready to do it all again.
