Jaleel grew up around animals and developed a love for them. When the opportunity came around for him to work at Animalcare he jumped for it, and despite the at times hectic, chaotic environment in which he works, he still feels he made the right decision. Jaleel says, “as an assistant you have to exercise patience at all times, no matter how busy things are and no matter how difficult a pet is acting”.
Animalcare Veterinary Hospital is a full-service veterinary treatment facility located off the Constant Spring main thoroughfare in Kingston, Jamaica. This is a place of caring, warmth, and compassion. We’ve been here since 1990 catering almost exclusively to small companion animals, which include birds and exotic pets that you normally only see in zoos.
